An RMA in a very busy cardiology practice who started working with special needs kids her junior year in high school (which was a LONG time ago) and through her sophomore year in college. She then joined the Navy! She has 3 children, 2 boys who are almost 22 and her princess who is 11 and rocks that extra chromosome, otherwise known as Down syndrome. She tried out for cheer junior year in high school and didn't make the team so she played soccer instead until she was 20 and got sent to Alaska. She’s been a cheer mom for 8 years and a team mom. She fights hard for our Special Abled kids and will continue to do so.

One thing that makes Outlaw Cheer and Dance so special is our families. We would like to introduce one of our valued parent volunteers, Jen Buginga. Jen is a working mom of two teenagers and loves spending time with her family. She is often traveling with her husband’s race team, helping out there as well. Jen’s daughter Lilly has cheered for many years starting on her town sideline program before entering into the competitive side. Joining the Outlaw family in 2020 they quickly felt part of the family, and Lilly has been a part of several teams. While Jen never cheered herself, she supports her daughter’s love of the sport and became fascinated with the skill and performances. Jen has been the team parent for Reign over the last 2 seasons and is always there to help the team and to guide new parents to the ways of the world of cheer. Because of this she has now been appointed to parent volunteer liaison and is very much looking forward to this upcoming season.

I have been cheering since 2011, and I’ve been an outlaw since 2013! In my time cheering, I’ve made many life-long connections and together, along with my teams, have won multiple competitions and even the U.S. finals. It brings me immense pride to see the trophies I’ve helped win displayed in our facility and I can’t wait to help the team win even more. From the beginning, being an outlaw meant so much not only to me, but to my mother, Lisa, who loved her time with the crew as Team Mom. It was an amazing experience participating directly in the team’s rise to success as a cheerleader, and I hope to be a part of the outlaw family’s continued success for many years to come as a coach. For the last 8 years I’ve been working as an HR Recruiter for a nursing facility but, I’m excited and ready to commit to a career coaching for the Outlaw Family Best Cheer Experience.
